Amber Chan is a dedicated and versatile music instructor, piano teacher, and performer based in Hong Kong, with teaching and performance experience in Taiwan and Toronto. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Music Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Higher Diploma in Popular Music and Music Production from the Li Ka Shing School of Professional and Continuing Education. Her academic background provides a strong foundation in both music theory and practical musicianship.

Amber has taught piano and general music in a variety of schools and private institutions. She is skilled in designing diverse curricula, supporting student progress, conducting assessments, and maintaining effective communication with parents. Passionate about music education, Amber is also actively involved in organizing ensemble performances, choral concerts, and other music-related events that promote artistic exchange and student engagement.

As a performer, Amber has appeared as a soloist and ensemble member at venues including the 105 Gibson Centre and Polymnia concerts. She has also participated in television programs produced by RTHK and ViuTV. Her work spans musical theatre, church accompaniment, and Christian music production, reflecting her wide-ranging artistic talents.

Amber’s achievements include the “Excellence in Communication” award at the International Film & Video Festival, as well as several academic excellence scholarships. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and has a good command of English. She is also proficient with music production software such as Logic Pro, Grand Band, and Sibelius.
